Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for One-Day Gym Pass: 1. Eligibility The one-day pass is available to individuals aged 16 and older. Minors must have parental consent. 2. Pass Usage The pass is valid for one day only and grants access to all gym facilities or a class during normal operating hours on the date of use. 3. Non-Transferable The one-day pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it was issued. 4. Expiration The pass must be used within 48 hours from the date of purchase. 5. Check-In Requirements Pass holders must present valid identification upon check-in. 6. Liability Waiver By using the one-day pass, the holder agrees to waive liability and assumes all risks associated with using the gym facilities. You declare you are fit and healthy to use the gym. 7. Code of Conduct Pass holders must adhere to the gym's code of conduct, including respectful behaviour toward staff and other members. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of gym access. 8. Cancellation and Refunds The one-day pass is free. Cancellations or changes must be communicated to gym management at least 24 hours prior to the intended use. 9. Modifications The gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to pass holders.
