HOW DO I ACCESS THE GYM?
The gym is operated by facial recognition. Once you join you will receive an email within a few hours with a link to upload a selfie. This will then give you access. Simple!

We are open 24 hours/7 days a week/365 days a year! For enquiries please contact us via whatsapp or email.
HOW DO I FREEZE MY ACCOUNT
Members are responsible for managing their own membership freeze through their online account. To initiate a freeze, it must be done at least 10 days prior to the next billing date. If an extension is needed, members must log in and submit the request at least 10 days before the current freeze period ends. Refunds will not be provided if a freeze or extension is not submitted in time or if the required 10 days’ notice is not given. It is essential that members proactively manage their membership to avoid unwanted charges.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership you need to email us giving 30 days notice from your billing date, if you miss this by even a day there will be a further month's payment. You cannot cancel within your minimum term as per the terms and conditions. To cancel simply visit your member login, (click forgot password if you have not logged in before and use your reset link to create a new password). WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO JOIN?
Anyone aged 16 and over is able to join. We accept 14/15 year olds but they must train with a parent/guardian or another member who is 18+ who must also be a member of the gym or one of our personal trainers. If you are aged 14/15 the adult who will be supervising you will need to sign a waiver in club and you are unable to have your own access.
DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
Yes, this is available to purchase in the club for just £7. We offer free passes this is only for customers who have never used the gym before. The applies to any free pass offers on social media or free guest pass cards. If your pass has expired you are unable to use the guest pass and will need to apply again via the website.
HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?
Simply visit the member login area on our website, click forgot password and use the reset link to create a new password. Use your email you registered with us at the gym as your username and login. You can create a shortcut app on your phone using the tools on Chrome or Safari.
All classes must be booked in advance, if you have not booked you will be turned away. In the event that a class is cancelled by the gym, no refunds or credits will be issued. We will make every reasonable effort to inform members as soon as we become aware of a cancellation via our usual communication channels. The gym is not responsible for any costs incurred by members as a result of cancelled classes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BRING IN SOMEONE WHO IS NOT A MEMBER DURING UNSTAFFED HOURS?
We take tailgating very seriously, your account will be banned and you will be fined £25.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, but as a 24 hour gym this is only available during staffed hours.
WHAT ARE THE SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE?
We have panic fobs to wear upon entry to the gym so in the event of an emergency press the orange button located on the fob. We also have an emergency red phone to a 24 hour control station where you can speak to a real person in the event of an emergency. There is also CCTV around the gym. The studio is locked overnight and access to changing rooms is given to members only. Padlocks left on lockers overnight will be removed and the padlock is not replaceable by the gym. HOW DO I BECOME AN UPPER TIER MEMBER?
Upper tier member is gold or platinum membership. If you are on the silver membership and wish to upgrade please contact us.
